Lessons for Guitar, Bass, Banjo, Piano and Voice

Here are the details!
Lessons are given in our private studios at 846 North 50 West, Sunset, Utah
They are 30 minutes long and are by appointment at the same time each week.
The price of lessons for any instrument or voice is $18.00 for each half hour.
Lessons for the month are payable on the first lesson of each month.
Lesson are USE or LOSE
We do not give credit for missed or not used lessons.
If you have internet access, you will receive interactive songs that you can play along with at your own speed, in addition to your lesson in the studio.

If you are a student at Weber State University, you can take a fine arts credit in Guitar, Bass or Banjo in our studios. Enrollment must be done and paid for at the University and you must bring a copy of your registration to your first lesson.

Online lessons (providing you with new material to study on your webpage) for those who do not live in our area or decide to take time off are available at a fee of $15.00 monthly for access to the songs. Fees will be billed to credit card or debit account.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

You are renting a time slot. This time slot is then exclusively reserved for you. The cost of renting your 30 minute time slot is currently: $18.00 per week. Payment for your time slot is to be made at the beginning of each month for all the lessons that are scheduled in each month.

Because this time slot is yours exclusively, and can’t be used by any one else, there can be no credit, refund, rescheduling, or makeup given for any time slot missed or not used.

To surrender your time slot, you must give a minimum of 1 week’s notice and make payment in full of any remaining student account balance.

MAKE ALL MONTHLY CHECKS PAYABLE TO: MANN MUSIC

A minimum of 45 minutes practice each day is required of each student in order to keep up with the lesson material given. Students who habitually come to their time slot tardy or unprepared to demonstrate the previous week’s lesson material will be terminated.
(Please park either in our driveway, or against the curb.
Please don’t block a neighbor’s drive.)

May 1, 2006 ATTENTION STUDENTS & PARENTS:

We’ve created a policy change to your student contract that each of you filled out when you became one of our students.

Each student will receive 2 weeks off per year, to be used whenever you choose. These 2 no attendance weeks may be used anytime during the year. They may be used separately (one at a time), or together. They must however, be scheduled with us at the beginning of the month.

The extra 2 weeks off, are in addition to your ‘Christmas student break’ and the occasional ‘charity break’, that MANN MUSIC takes off at not cost to you.
This will allow you greater freedom for school events, or vacations or what ever you choose to use your time off for.
