All products sold on MannMusic.com are returnable within 30-days of delivery. Please do not return products directly to shipper unless we request that you do so. Complete our on-line Authorization Request or call Customer Service at 1-888-404-4893 for proper return instructions and a Return Authorization#. Please write this number clearly on the shipping label of your return package. Items received without an RA# will be returned and shipping charges applied. Items with ‘Shipping Included’ in purchase price will have those charges deducted from refund. Refunds Karaoke equipment carries a 20% restocking charge, unless the product is defective. Software is not returnable. Refunds will be credited to the account used for purchase if the following 2 conditions are met: 1. New - Unopened. Unused. Full Refund less shipping. 2. Like-New – Packaging opened or missing. Item is undamaged, clean and resellable. Please allow 10 business days to process returns and credit accounts. A copy of the credit transaction is sent via e-mail. Return Authorization Codes expire 30 days after they are issued, so please send your return immediately to the address provided after arrangements have been made with a Customer Service Representative. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking so you can check the status of your return. Please allow at least 10 business days from receipt of return for credits to be issued. Bargain Center Returns Return Policy and Return Policy for **Special Products** also apply to Bargain Center or Closeout items. Cancellation Policy A Cancellation fee will be applied for orders placed in the amount of $500 or more if the following criteria are not met: Cancellation arrangements must be made by phone with a Customer Service Representative.
